As Ramadan 2024 is around the corner, small things premade can make your iftar special as well as less time-consuming. Everyone loves pizzas and kids want mini pizzas.
So you can prepare the pizza dough with a straightforward recipe and freeze it in like frozen items. It helps you when you want healthy Iftar in no time. You can keep it for a month. When you want to make pizza first Defrost it at room temperature. You will see a rising in the dough after defrosting. Then use toppings as per your choice and the pizza dough is ready to use.

Before Ramadan 2024 you have to do these little things as Easy Tips
In Ramadan we all need healthy and quick recipe to make in aftar.
Quick Frozen Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
- Flour = 4cups
- Egg =1
- Salt = .5 tsp
- Sugar = 2 tbsp
- Oil = 1/4 cup
- Yeast = 1 tablespoon
- Milk= as per need
Method:
- Warm the milk.
- Mix all the ingredients and knead them using warm milk as the yeast needs a warm temperature to rise.
- When kneed done cover it with a lid and put it in a warm place (like the kitchen or inside any cabinet), otherwise, the dough won’t rise properly.
- Leave for 4-5 hours.
- The dough will fully rise again, knead a little more.
- Divide into small portions according to daily requirements and cover with cling wrap properly.
- Freeze it. You can easily freeze it for a month.
- When you want to make pizza take out and defrost it then apply your favorite topping over it.
- Bake it and enjoy.
Ramadan 2024: Sauces Tamarind
Sauces play a great role on the aftar table. This finger-licking sauce makes your aftar wonderful with fritters or roll items. This is a must-try recipe and you can easily store it in the fridge for a month and can be made in bulk.
Ingredients
- For Grind spices: let’s name it as a G.S
- Fennel (Saunf) = 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeda (Zeera)= 1 tsp
- Black Pepper= 1 tsp
- Dry Roast & grind all the above ingredients. Keep it aside.
- Tamarind = 500 gms
- Oil= 2 tbsp
- Jaggery powder= 1cup
- Sugar= 1/2 cup
- Cummin seeds=1/2 tsp
- Water=4 tbsp
- Salt= 1tsp
- Black salt=1 tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder =1 tbsp
- Ginger powder =1 tsp
- Melon seeds=2 tbsp
- Garam masala=1/2 tsp
Preparations
- Soak tamarind overnight. Next morning mash it with hands and strain the mixture.
- Take oil in a pot. Add Cumin seeds & saute for 2 seconds.
- Add jaggery, sugar, and water. Let sugar & jaggery dissolve to caramelize
- Add already prepared Grind spices G.S in it along with tamarind pulp.
- Add now
- Remaining species: Salt, Black Salt, Ginger powder, Garam masala, Kashmiri red chili powder
- Give a quick mix and cook for a while to get sauce consistency. Check it thickens as per your choice.
- Add melon seeds.
- Remove from the heat. You can save it for a month. If you don’t like melon seeds, you can skip them. They’re my favorite and have healthy benefits.
Healthy Lemon sugar syrup For Ramadan 2024
Easy LEMON SUGAR syrup for perfect lemonade/ shikanjabin
Ingredients:
- Lemon juice 3 cups
- Sugar 6 cups
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Please use proper measuring cups and spoons.
- (Take double sugar than lemon juice)
Method:
- Mix all three in a pot. Cook for a while on low flame, keep stirring. Do not boil. Just cook until the sugar dissolves.
- Cool down completely.
- Take it out in a bottle and put it in the freezer.
- (I first tried to make cubes, but it didn’t freeze. If you are confused, keep it in small bottles. You can keep 1 in the fridge, and rest in the freezer. Then take it out when the fridge one is about to finish)
Lemonade:
- For every 1 glass of water, mix 3 tablespoons of this syrup. (Use a proper measuring spoon)
- You can take cold water and mix or if you want to add ice, take less water. It should be 1 glass with or without ice.
Variations:
1. You can mix a pinch of crushed black pepper / black salt in lemonade.
2. You can grind some mint leaves with water, strain, and mix lemon syrup to make *mint lemonade*
3. You can use it in fruit chat.
I kept it in the fridge in a 1.5 ltr bottle. It was perfectly fine till the last drop.
Chicken Burger kabab/Chicken Patti For Ramadan 2024
Ingredients
- Beef mince= 1kg
- Soya Sauce = 4tbsp
- Corn flour = 4tbsp
- Flour = 4tbsp
- Chicken powder =1 tsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg 1
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients except mince and beat it well now add mince, mix it well, and make kababs/patties.
- Freeze it for a month. Just take out defrost and shallow fry them. Enjoy!
Chicken Stick
Ingredients
- Chicken cut in cubes: 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste: 1tbsp
- Shaan chicken tikka masala: 2tbsp
- Shaan tandoori masala: 2tbsp
- Black pepper powder: 1/4 tbsp
- All spice powder (Garam masala): 1/2 tsp heaped
- Meat tenderizer: 1/4 tbsp
Method:
Save it in the freezer. When you want it defrost it then grill or fry.
Ramadan 2024 : WONTONS
Ingredients:
- Chicken mince =200 gram
- Capsicum = 1 chopped
- Spring onion= 1 chopped
- Black pepper = 1 tsp
- Mustard paste = 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce = 1 tbsp
- Salt (as required)
- Wonton wraps (Easy available on marts)
Method:
Marinate chicken mince with all the above ingredients and wrap it in wonton wraps and freeze it. When you want it take out and deep fry them.
Handy tips

Tablespoon =tbsp.
